Setting up your Points Notification
This section, we will teach you how to setup your Points Notification.
Only for Loyalty Campaigns, your Points Notifications are automatic update SMSes sent to customers every time you add points to their accounts. You may edit the format of the notification message through the advanced settings.
Accessing your Points Notification Settings
Step 1: Click on the “Advanced Settings” button at the Campaign Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on the “Points Notification Settings” button.
Adding / Editing your Points Notification
Step 1: Switch on the Points Notification.
Step 2: Edit the “Notification Message” .
Step 3: Click on the “Save” button.
